Two South Jordans, one HVAC company

Daybreak is a master-planned community that began in the mid-2000s around Oquirrh Lake, with single-family homes, townhomes and condos on compact lots and the TRAX Red Line running through it. These homes are built tighter than older houses, so filters, fresh-air ventilation and correct airflow matter more than people expect.

East of Bangerter Highway, toward Redwood Road and the Jordan River, South Jordan's established neighborhoods date mostly from the 1970s through the 1990s, with bigger lots and plenty of ramblers and split-levels over basements. Those systems are aging into repair-or-replace territory, often on ductwork that has never been sealed.

What that means for your system

  • Newer high-efficiency furnaces. Clogged condensate lines and pressure switch errors are common winter calls, and usually a quick fix.
  • Builder or manufacturer warranty. We help you work out what is still covered before you pay for a part.
  • Older east-side systems. We quote repair and replacement side by side so the decision is yours.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover Daybreak?

Yes. Daybreak is part of South Jordan and one of the closest areas to our Herriman base. Most visits are booked within 1-2 days.

Do you work on newer systems still under builder warranty?

Yes, we can diagnose and repair them. If a repair is still covered by a builder or manufacturer warranty, we will help you figure out which route makes sense before you pay out of pocket.

My newer furnace shows an error code and shuts off. What is going on?

On high-efficiency furnaces this is very often a blocked condensate drain or a pressure switch fault, which stops the furnace on purpose to keep it safe. It is usually a straightforward repair, diagnosed for the flat $79 service call.

Can a smaller townhome use a smaller system?

Often, yes. A load calculation tells us what your home actually needs, and an oversized system costs more, cycles on and off and wears out sooner.
